It is very easy to cut corners 6 and 12. Drove the track a few weeks back for the Logitech G series. I remember barely feeling a bump in 12 but getting an invalidated lap nonetheless.

I would also like to ask of other drivers to really be careful if you overcook it in turn one. You can easily swipe other drivers off the track if you return to hastily. I don't think running wide will gain you any speed though, as you will end up in the grass on the other side if you rejoin too quickly.

I've still got PTSDs of getting pole, leading the first lap and getting past by a 4 car slipstream train before turn 1 lap 2

I'm rocking up with zero practice just like the last race, it lowers my expectations and it's surprising how just driving in a relaxed manner and not fighting stupidly hard improves lap times over the race distance and consistency. I might be quicker with practice, but I'm nearer the limit and more prone to make mistakes. If there are chageable weather conditions I'll probably practice more, but for dry races it works for me.

If I ever build a wind sim, I'm going to share the final designs with RSR so you won't be able to make silly excuses like this any more...

Tonight is going to be the battle of the best fans!
