The Aston strategy is basically hold on for dear life in the corners, and relax on the straights. :p
In the rain for me it was just steering with the gas padel...

Just a video to show the straight line speed difference.

Thanks for the fun - the rain even helped me to get a P10! :)
It was as always a bit of a problem in the first corners, especially when driving in the second half of the field. I understand why it happens, but sometimes a bit less agressive driving would avoid crashes in the first lap. You have 30min time to pass.

And the clown award goes to the Person who asked for the amount of fuel needed just before Race 1. :p

As expected, I was running at the back of the field again. The Rocket Bunny is just a slow nasty beast which likes to fail you when you expect it the least, like when I lost the rear and hit the armco right before the chicane, spinning back on track and scaring off @1185323118, Hope you didn't suffer too much from that mate, I was a passenger there... It's fun throwing it around the corners, but in a competitve field it's just uselss, at least for me.

From the League Info thread:
NB: You may change your chosen car at any stage in the season but you will forfeit all of your driver and team championship points earnt up to that point.

Do it ;)

tough weekend. overheating tyres, wrecks, spins
Sorry @1185323118 for the touch in the last race. By watching your view now I can hear that your crew chief called me out very late.

I let you by in T2 because I went out of track and gained time by that, but in the following turns it felt that I was quicker and I saw a gap and went for it.
For me I was already beside you before crew chief called it out.

Shall we really try that?
Since your team has only 79 points after 3 races, changing car to something faster and more stable seems a reasonable decision.

No... I was just joking, but if you think that we need to change I am OK, because I am fine with every solution.

One of the most enjoyable moments in race 2: side by side with @fab. ICEMAN through the last sector including chicane

A bit late, but here is my view of round 3!
Had a lot of fun and some good fights, probably the best races I had so far with RSR for me.
