So what about the people racing here that do not have a clutch pedal? aren't they at a disadvantage?
I would actually like to second this. Even though I do have a clutch pedal on my rig, I've tried the game without one and yes, the launch from the pit stop will be extremely slow compared to if you had a clutch, pressed it down, get to full revs and release.
Would this be something the coordinators could look into perhaps? Or is this simply a setting that the driver himself has to change in his own settings? @Noztra @Ricardo Macieira

Can i ask for the third time: are we racing at 14h? because in middle of the race luminosity falls.
And the server is set to 16h.
Thank you

What Filtermod are you using ? I use Natural mod and yes its a bit dark i agree but its doable... I prefer clear also btw VR in the dark is almost twice as hard

What if in pits you put car in neutral rev up and gear up?
Autoclutch is disabled on server.we have to discuss this, we'll keep you guys updated

I would just like to add.
It also affects how the car handles under braking (downshifting), with auto clutch and for those who are talented who use manual clutch you can brake much later, harder and downshift quicker without lock-up and with less under/oversteer.

Thank you for discussing it.

My laptimes today:
Offline + Auto clutch = 1:14.7
Online + Auto clutch = 1:15.8 (it is not active on the server but disables Manual use)

Offline + Manual = 1:14.9
Online + Manual = 1:14.9

Offline "not using clutch" = 1:15.8

I was very "unstable" when the clutch was not used. I mirrored the Server as best I could (Conditions, temp, weather, usage, fuel, set-up...)

I don't use clutch when I downshift. But there is certain situations (eg. shifting from 3 to 2 in the middle of the corner) when the car gets upset. In this case if you blip the throttle the car stays stable.

Also try what @Ricardo Macieira said: in the pit stay in neutral, full throttle, then shift to 1st.

Can't see the first and second time asking here?

Would have forwarded stuff like that to @Ricardo Macieira.

We're gonna leave autoclutch disable on server.
Okay i know that not everybody has clutch pedal but we cant satisfy all your demands, also last seasons on the other forum we had it disabled too.

I also vote for clear weather, not cloudy and earlier race time it is quite dark on the track

As for the autoclutch, this is car with flappy paddle f1 gearbox so no clutch needed for normal racing.

Something pretty major joining the server is happening to me. It’s happened twice now. When I go to join the server, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the Connecting to IP text. It stops me from using my computer so I have to restart it.

I never use clutch while racing and I'm currently at 1:14:6 on the server (others still faster and I'm almost sure they don't use the clutch for downshifting or so but maybe they can respond here, too). I can't imagine how I could downshift any faster, it's almost instant. I never could use the clutch inbetween :D and why do you have lockups? Disabled ABS?
