Do you guys manage to heat the tyres?

I did try few laps 3 days ago and I noticed that my tires are dead cold. I thought that my pressures are not good, but obviously it is not the case. I am also interested for that info :)

It's mandatory default setup...that includes default tyre pressures :) Shoot me if I'm wrong :dead:

Sorry, got to drop from this one. Internet access in my current apartment is...not good currently. This is what the ISP uses:

Are onboard balances allowed? e.g. brake balance, rollbar etc...

You may want to use loose setup for better tyre heating :chicken:
The car transitions from understeer to oversteer quite easily with loose. Stable is a bit "meh" but more driveable. Once you get it it's ok but I am on my toes most of the corners. The track grip seems to increase a lot towards the end of the session

Quali is normally open fuelling, so you can set whatever you like, it is only the race itself we ask people to set fuel to maximum for.

EDIT : To add, for clarity, this is ONLY for events where we run a gentlemen's agreement to use default setups. For "open setup" events, you are free to do whatever you like to the car setup unless there is a gentlemen's agreement in place. Clear? Good :D
