20 laps less than the C9 would mean a 25% difference in pace. I don't think the separation is much more than 10%.

Let's say 1:34 is average for the Sauber (going off Puff's best of low 1:33) and a 1:47 is average for the BMW.

Excluding the formation lap:

79x1:34min = 2.06277778hrs
79x1:47min = 2.34805556hrs

2.34805556hrs - 2.06277778hrs = 17.1166668mins

17.1166668mins divided by 1:47mins = 9.59813092 laps

I don't know if this is correct but to me it looks more like we'll only be 10ish laps less (not considering slow lapping and other factors).

Therefore, 70x3.8 = 266L

(Please tell me this is correct and I didn't just make a complete fool out of myself)

I think the BMW is slightly quicker over all but very marginally. I chose it because it felt more comfortable for my driving style. I haven't really done any testing with the Ford to compare fuel usage, top speed, etc.

Im with Cluck the Ford is all awesome, Im actually not bothered if i am slower than the BMW, cos I am getting to race my aall time favourite car. Cannot wait, whenever i drive one of these its big grins as you go sideways.
