Quick test lap before I go to work with telemetry, forgive the fuzziness, Ultrawide doesn't scale to 1080p that well;

I've since managed a 1.20.47, setup shown below.... I am burning through the front left tyre faster than the old Pirelli F1 tyres. Expect me to pit 3/4 times for a 25 lap race haha but the car itself is great fun to drive, easy enough to drift & control should you get really bored

I had a race simulation today and I've got a message 'FINAL TRACK CUT', then I've been disqualified around lap 10 for track cut and sent back to the pits.

This is maybe configurable at server level, but I feel it might worth asking:

Penalty turned off and it will work. We tested it several times with different cars

Speaking from experience i can assure you cutting the track at watkins is fine with penalties disabled lol...

Indeed!

As I wasn't seeing any 5s slowdown penalty, I thought it was turned off. But the behavior 'offline' is apparently different.

Btw, seeing all the players back to the pits at L10 would have been a damn good 1th April joke. PCars2 should think about a 'joke mode'.

Just turn up on the night mate...

Its never sign up unless its stipulated by admins..
