Starting Procedure: Rolling Start, the pole driver will lead the field through the formation lap. The speed limit for the lead car will be 50mph / 80kph. We are going to form up in a 2×2 formation at the red marker, maintaining our 50mph / 80kph speed. Odd numbers on the left side and even numbers on the right side.

Well it was only me an @steveg200 he did a 1.23ish and i was very close behind with a 1.24.006 not the fastest of times..id say best will be a low 21 or even below that

A car I don't really care for and a track I really hate, apart from that i'm loving it , only in the 1.25's at the moment, but I will stick at it and see if I can salvage something from the event.

Well I have always loved this track in every game I have ever had it available, I don't think I have driven the car before but I actually really like it. I ran a few laps of time trial earlier on and managed to snag the top time (sorry @miagi ) as you can see in the video below it was far from a perfect lap though, I think with a bit more time I would likely see a 1:20.XXX without too much effort.


The setup used for this was:

This was a very quick and dirty setup and there are definitely refinements and improvement to be made to this, I went back and forth a couple of time between using camber and using 0, in the end I think I will probably end up racing with some camber because, although its maybe not quite as fast I feel it is more driveable and will allow more consistency, the setup shown above is what I used in the time trial lap though.

I won't be around to do this race . It's my brother's birthday on the 8th and, since he isn't around at the weekend, I'm taking him and his g/f out for dinner on his actual birthday. Annoying really, as I love Laguna Seca and haven't really given the Cadillac much of a run before. Hope you all have a good race

iv been chasing @Pamellaaa in TT i can beat him round the first corner and take him on the corkscrew every other bit im right up his ass lol

I've never used Time Trial, I see at the bottom of the screen shot that you can choose a ghost, i'm going to have a play with that

For me the places to gain time around here are turn 1 (my video above was not good here, the deep line works in Gran Turismo but not so much in PCars) and the third sector, the middle sector is largely just a case of hitting your marks and maintaining position.

you will find a load of time round the corkscrew if you leave your braking abit later you brake way to early pam lol
