Alcantara Wheel Care (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Is there anything I can do to look after the alcantara on my P1 wheel? There are a few spots were it is looking a bit worn, around were I grip it. Is gloves the best solution? Or is there anything people use to clean it? Would like to keep it in good condition
