Best Render Settings for Sony Vegas Pro 1X? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys

Just saw lately this video (yes I know it is in German)
and you can see him comparing his new render settings in 1080p aswell as in 4K.

Does anybody know how he achieves such good render quality? he has far less noise in the picture ...
