so its happened on a few games on PUBG and not farm sim 19, due to the latest update it wants to install it cant as it says "Content file locked" DataS.gar file, I've tried deleting this file but steam wont let me, tried changing permissions also but still wont let me, tried running in admin still wont, even ran steam in admin and says same thing, done restarts pc/steam and still not happening, Now I've searched the net and few people have said its happened on other games like ark,pcars etv and they have all tried command prompt "netsh winsock reset" this doesn't work 
, All my drives have no errors either OS is installed on the SSD and steam installed on a 1TB drive as for the games, Tried disabling my Kaspersky and this isn't a solution, I'm kind of running out of idea's here I can roll back to the release patch but I shouldn't have too even if its doing it to pubg from a fresh install, Anyone else had this problem?
