Dead Nvme drive (1 Viewer)

So i just tried to turn on my pc and it's stuck on bios screen, u entered bios setup and m.2 ssd drive is not detected, only sata ssd, just ordered a new 970 pro that should arrive tomorrow, then i'll have to install os and all stuff, don't know what will happen with games and steam installed on the other ssd, fo i have to download again?

No need to download again. Just install the steam launcher into your current steam folder and everything should be fine. But your savegames and settings might be gone for a lot of games, if your "Documents" folder was on that faulty drive

I'll try to remove and reinstall old drive tonight, in case new drive should not work that could be a mobo fault, thank god warranty is still active

New nvme arrived and works, "luckily" it was just ssd and not mobo failure :rolleyes:
