Hi all,

So over the last week or so I have been having an issue with my monitor signal from my PC. Everything starts fine but no signal to the monitor. Yesterday I unplugged the GPU and reinstalled it but still having the same issue. Cables all seem okay. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Thanks
Colin

hi ,
according to me gpu fault mate.
last year i had same issue with my r290 gpu.maybe help mate.
1-if you see bios screen when you start on pc.try to start on pc safe mode and erase gpu driver.and reinstall another gpu driver.
2-if you start on pc still no signal.if possible try another gpu ( i had used 2x r 290 with crossfire )my problem was gpu heat problem:( .then i used single gpu .
3-try another gpu sockets hdmi or vga socket or displayport.

cheers.

could be a plethora of issues, from drivers, heat, connections, faulty pcie lane, cable failure & power connections.
My first guess would be to check all cable connections

I just went mad with a similar issue with dp cable from gpu, i tried integrated graphics with hdmi and was working, then i tried hdmi on gpu and was working too then i realized dp cable was not fully plugged to monitor, i even unmounted gpu thinking it was gone :banghead::banghead:
