Results

Briefing:

  • Each car is only allowed once on the server (unique vehicles is active)
  • Content download works only from the practice server
  • Penalties will be removed from the race control if you want. But they will be checked after the race. If the penalty was justified (e.g. speeding in pits) we will remove 1 lap from your result
  • Don't press ESC or your race will be over. You can kill your game or force a disconnect by pulling out your network plug. Afterward, you can rejoin with a fresh car and still finish the race
  • For LMP2 don't dive bomb the GTEs into the corners. In the end, both of you lose less time when you overtake them on the exists
  • Respect the other cars/class on track
Pit Exit:
  • Drivers leaving the pitlane must follow the pit exit lane and must stay right of the white line (marked in red in the picture above). Infractions will be punished with a penalty mid-race.
Orange Zones:
Explanation:

In this orange zone, passing is allowed but with absolute care. Especially faster class cars lapping slower cars need to watch out and be extra careful.
If there is an incident in the orange zone, the car at fault will be given a harsher penalty as on other parts on the track for the same infraction.

Awesome..I'd assumed it was on Sundays for some reason and Saturdays are not as much as a problem so sshould be able to make pretty much all the races. I went out earlier and did a decent time... is there any special rules like no low downforce aero package or anything like that?

Considering the aero-packages we are restricted to the standard package with all diveplanes. Low drag is always fastest, because you nearly can't feel the loss of cornering but the straight line speed & acceleration is insane compared to the standard package. That's why they restricted it besides an apparent performance issue for the server when everyone runs a different tuning setup.

EDIT: This is for the LMP-2 only. If any GT guys could also give their insight I'd be glad.

Here is information about the race on Saturday. Please read this thoroughly. This information can also be found in the P1 race thread

Briefing:
  • Each car is only allowed once on the server (unique vehicles is active)
  • Content download works only from the practice server
  • Penalties will be removed from the race control if you want. But they will be checked after the race. If the penalty was justified (e.g. speeding in pits) we will remove 1 lap from your result, only cuts resulting in a penalty will be reviewed. Cuts only leading to a warning are not noted in the log files

Please practice your pit entries. This is the line where you MUST be on the pit limiter and at the correct speed.

Well what can i say we drove hard raced smart but we couldnt avoid the idiots on track. We may of lost out on a top 4 Finnish but we finished in 7th. Gutted not to have 4th but at the same time proud as heck we finished were we did. @steveg200 and @Stokemon we all did a great job today lets not let the unfortunate incident spoil a cracking race we had. Onwards and upwards boys we proved we can race in the top and we proved we deserve to be there. Bring on the next races.
