I was so sure we'll have rain at Fuji...

Regarding times, is that a copy/paste, or are the times correct? Not briefing at 18:30 UTC due to daylight savings?

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one due to surprise family commitments. Have a great race everyone.

Ha yes, I can see the finish straight. Looks fine to me, just a little less bumpy...

But I am wondering if those Nitro tubes you have there are legal. This ain't Fast & Furious.

Does anybody know from how much damage percent on your engine you lose power?
Did some testing and got some damage, but not sure if the amount I got was actually concerning.

I believe I'm correct in saying that it's not engine damage, it's engine wear - there was a thread or series of posts about it a while back (either on here or on the pcars public forum). I don't believe you will see a drop off of engine performance just from the engine wear, you will only get a drop if there's physical damage to it.

(I am happy to be corrected because, as is often the case when I try and provide technical assistance on things I know very little about, I'm wrong!)

Thanks for the info, that will mean I can probably keep my radiator opening as it is.
My engine symbol only just turned yellow at the and of my race sim test.

I believe it was something around 60 to 70 when you start to loose power.
I wouldn't plan to go into the yellow color anyway, you never know what happens :)

Also consider front damage will most likely increase engine temperature. So i recommend to leave some margin on radiator settings for race

IIRC you only start to lose power when it turns red. That said I try to stay below 120°C oil temperature because over that the engine wear is accelerated.
