Starting Procedure: Standing Start, when the in-game lights turn green the race starts - stay alert and look out for slow starters. / Rolling Start, the pole driver will lead the field through the formation lap. The speed limit for the lead car will be 50mph / 80kph. We are going to form up in a 2×2 formation at the beginning of sector 3, maintaining our speed. Odd numbers on the right side and even numbers on the left side.

thats one way to cool the tyres aha
the lap times plummet quite dramatically after 4 laps in the dry

*just seen that the track choice is Silverstone International again; Rain is definitely on the table xD

Yeah the fronts take a beating, 3 laps in & you start losing around 1.5/2s.

Btw. after last race experience, I'd much rather not pit at all instead of doing a drive thru. The thing is, the touch of strategy that is left, will only create lonely races. Without pitting at all, you race your rivales for position the whole race. But if you rival pits early and you pit late, both have driven a boring lonly race without seeing each other. It would be much more awesome to actually see, follow or race your rival for position for 40 minutes.

Btw, what I noticed last race is complete lack of slipstream for Opels during the race, Mercs seemed to have it all right. Anyone noticed the same?
