This is the feedback thread for the Revolution Cup - Season 5. Specific feedback that we are looking for includes the following:-
  • Positive, negative, neutral feedback, whatever comes to your mind!
  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
  • How did you like the schedule?
  • Do you have any other general feedback?

Firstly I really loved the car. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to drive it. Sadly I think we also learned that PC2's modelling of dirty air/ high DF is slightly limited. I think this put off a few people who weren't prepared to race the car in front of them (and who clearly can't read the "intend to race the entire season" bit of the signup. This was a little frustrating, as I felt a little cheated when I got good points scores.

The good:
  • Awesome car
  • team mates & PRO/AM (when they turn up ;) )
  • Amazing commentary
  • Well organised as ever
The not so great:
  • cross championship - there was no connection for me to split 2. I don't feel this added anything
  • 7 races plus test event was probably too much.
  • Slackers not turning up
  • 10min qualifying is brutal on some tracks. I feel it needs to be 15 min
  • race lobbies taking an age to start due to chatter or late arrival. Often I felt the lobby had no reason not to have started 5 mins or more before it did (however I would be 100% fine with it if the reason was "to sync with the commentary team")
The "not so sure"
  • splitting into sprint and feature. For me this makes the evening even longer, and it did not seem to achieve its goal of reducing T1 crashes. It also made it much harder to put a graphic together for the commentary team ;)On the plus side it smoothed out sometime for those with disconnects and it meant I could have a bio brake.
  • EDIT: splitting into 2 races did limit some of the strategy options as mostly a single set of tyres was always sufficient (except dubai) and refuelling could fill for an entire 40min race inside the time taken to swap tires.
  • 26 cars lead to lots of crashes in the first few races. The later races were much better. Uncertain if this was people getting used to the car, the crashy drivers stopping or the reduced number of people on track

What car would I like to drive in Season 6?
Definitely upload_2018-9-17_23-37-34.png or how about ? upload_2018-9-17_23-38-21.png

Positive:
  • Car/track combos were spot on, each one had their own challenges and were simply fun to push the car around.
  • 2 race format was nice, allowed for second chances if things went wrong in the 1st race.
  • Worst round drop score helped with motivation after a rough round, and added a bit of uncertainty to the championship.
  • Commentary & presentation getting better and better with each season.
  • After round 1, the atmosphere at the finale was great. Good sense of sportsmanship and fun all around.
  • Mandatory pitstop added more strategy than usual; due to simultaneous refuelling, low fuel performance & clear air advantage.
Neutral:
  • Calendar length. I didn't mind it personally, but can see why participation took a dip.
  • Cross split championship didn't interest me much as I thought it would. Maybe other teams shared info, but I normally make a setup on the day and never had much to share.
  • DRS didn't add much to the race, just made my own mistakes race ending ones.
Negative:
  • Participation in the second half of the season.
  • Unforgiving car, small mistakes were punished massively.
General feedback:
  • The continuing appeal of racing this car was more driving it on the limit, rather than actually racing each other. Due to the high downforce I found it was a case of closing up on somebody and waiting for a mistake or their tyres to go off, rather than using much racecraft or cunning. Those not on the pace, or with a good setup, would often be driving by themselves.
  • More rain would have been nice.
  • Qualy 2 was often a repeat of Qualy 1, a top 10 reverse grid for race 2 would have added some more spice and drama.
Next season wishes:
  • Something touring car related, although make it a single car choice.
  • A retro throwback theme.
  • Keep the 2 race format, but have a reverse top 10 grid for race 2.
  • More wet races.
  • Keep worst round drop score.
  • A race at Sugo!

Reverse grid is not a bad shout. Particularly if you want to keep the 2 race format (I'm neutral, see above)

I was only a guest driver for three rounds but my feedback aligns with most of what @Battenberg stated.

Positive:
  • Two races worked well, kept it fresh and close as well as acting as a safety net if you had one bad race.
  • Drop round is always a good idea, not only to allowed for a bad round or absence but also keeps the championship points close.
  • Commentary and stream was great, would be great to have the same for both splits but that might not be a luxury we can afford if we don't have to people around and willing to do it. A pitlane reporter could be a fun idea like we mentioned after the finale (someone watching the stream while also being in the Teamspeak) but as we discourage excessive chatter it might not really work.
  • Mandatory pitstop is also always good, keeps things interesting and adds a strategy element.
  • I really liked the standing starts compared to rolling starts.
  • I found the short 10min quali surprising enjoyable and exciting. Most of the time everyone started where they were expected to so it just saved time, but also it occasionally mixed up the starting order a bit when a faster guy didn’t get a good lap in which spiced things up.
Neutral:
  • Cross split championship was a good idea in theory but just added another thing that went unnoticed, probably not worthwhile keeping for the next season.
  • Car choice for me is neutral, wasn't really my cup of tea at all (hence why I sat this season out) but that's just my opinion so doesn't really reflect on the car choice itself.
  • DRS just adds an unwanted extra thing to think about for me so I'm not really a fan, but again that's just my preference so doesn't reflect badly on the car.
Negative:
  • Participation in the second half of the season
General Feedback:
  • I feel that the team championship and cooperation between teammates was a little more present this season compared to others which was nice to see.
Next season wishes:
  • A car that's a bit slower and less setup dependent, perhaps something vintage? The idea of the Ford Escort gets me a little excited or something similar.
  • Keep two races, whether they be sprint and feature or two equal lengths.
  • Keep drop score.
  • Keep mandatory pitstop (perhaps choice of which race you serve it in if both races are equal, just for something a bit different?)
  • A car without DRS, KERS or some other added thing.
  • Reverse top ten or full reverse grid for second race.
  • Bring it back down to six rounds.
  • Keep standing start (at least for the first race if we end up doing reverse grids).
  • Keep short quali session.

  • Positive, negative, neutral feedback, whatever comes to your mind!
Not really separeted into positive/negative/neutral sections, because
I'm not sure about the 2 race format, it's nice to have a break between the races, but at the same time, the two 10 minutes qualifying felt a bit forced. I don't know where the balance would be.
The standing starts were a nice change of pace for the season. Maybe if the 2 race format stays, have 1 race with rolling start, and the other with standing (If the selected car(s) justify it)?
The open wheeler experiance was an interesting one, the car was interesting to drive, and I liked the challenge of overcoming the dirty air, but on the other hand, small mistakes had huge impacts.
The DRS had no effect other than the setup philosophy. I didn't feel like it was worth barely making a turn with open DRS, even if you didn't have to lift. But maybe my feeling for this is just wrong, someone more experienced can say it otherwise.
Tracks were a mixed bag for me, I really liked some of the choices, didn't really the others. Also, missed a few tracks, I think it would have been really good. I'd like to see some more technical tracks for next season tho.
Suggestion for next season, let at least the winner of last season have a priority to get a livery over the first-teamup-first-serve system we had this season. It's no effort to do it virtually, but it can be seen as driving with the number one car.
  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
Definitelly TC. I'd like to see the return of a class instead of a one make series again. Maybe have the 2 rotating, from season to season?
  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
Getting the PRO tag in Split 2 after having a (personal opinion) really bad Season 4, was a bit of a surprise. I also got a rookie teammate who unquestionably had a great raw pace. It was a good challenge to try to help him improve, while I didn't feel like being half decent at the time. Well, for 2 and a half rounds anyway, because PD decided to help us out.
So, Cross Slit Championship, our team actually did what this championship was made for. And I have to say, I have learned a lot from PD, it was great to have an experienced driver, who was happy to help with us. I've learned so much, that by time went by, I was able to use less and less from the set-up what PD gave, and more of my own, the last race, my setup was even faster for me than PD's, didn't even had to merge the set-ups as the previous rounds. Now, the negative part, since we were almost the only team who was doing it, we got a lot of bothering with using "PD setups". Which was annoying. I know it was a bit of an unfair advantage to get help, but still, it was annoying. It's not our fault, that other Split 1 drivers didn't help the Split 2 teammates.
  • How did you like the schedule?
I liked this season's schedule more than last season's. I see why people had issues with the heat, or with holidays, but for it was better. I just had more time to practice, I don't even know why. My only issue is the pre-season test being on a different day, that's why I couldn't make that round. Also, it was a bonus that we had to take care of tyre wear, and not because it looks like I'm good at it, that's defnintelly not the reason.
  • Do you have any other general feedback?
I'd like to thank the staff again for organising this great event.
This is what I can remember from the top of my mind, might be back later.

I had planned to chime in here with my thoughts, but @UnstopaPaul and @Battenberg hit the nail on the head. I agree with them completely and don't see the need to add another post saying exactly the same thing.
  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
I'll do my best broken-record impersonation here and say, "Anything with VINTAGE in front of the class group!" I'm sure you guys are tired of hearing my requests for the old cars, but I don't care. I love seeing those beauties on the track! And to do it when championship points are up for grabs would make it all the better.
In particular, Vintage Prototype B would be my first choice. Or, any of the Vintage GT classes would be wicked fun, as well. Balance issues could possibly be sorted out by adjusting the Air Restrictors?
Alternatively, the GT4 class with a limited car selection (disallow the Ginetta and Porsche, for example) would be really cool, too. Touring Cars is also a good idea.
  • Do you have any other general feedback?
Just wanted to give a big 'Thank You!' to the all the staff and organizers. I'm seriously impressed with the organization and amount of work you all put into the Revolution Cup season after season, not to mention all the one-off official race events, as well. You guys are amazing! Keep up the great work.

First of all, apologies for not taking part in the last couple rounds. I felt as if before the update I couldn't commit to creating a set up and having further disappointment when it goes belly up. Then for the finale on top of all that even if i had made it into the race it wouldn't have been fair involving myself in the championship battle. It sucks because I know its not the fault of RSR and you all worked so hard on this season but its awful watching all that set up time spiral down the drain but yeah, Im sorry.

Positive
  • The battle at the top was really good viewing and nice to be in at times too
  • Open wheelers are epic for VR users!
  • Standing starts were so much fun and brings some real skill into the race starts adding another layer of competition
  • @King-Kodiak and @The Wayfaerer < Enough said (Seriously though thank you guys it was epic having you showing our racing off)
  • 2 race format was awesome, I loved being able to at least have 1 race with issues and it was just much more fun having a 'do-over' if things go wrong.
  • Goes without saying but the hard work of all the admins was much appreciated and they provided another great season!
Negative
  • Dirty air was a nightmare for racing, I can only compare the downforce in traffic to a trust fall but when your friends are arse's and they just walk off mid fall
  • The cars performance was maybe too good and I think the shorter braking distances aren't beneficial to great racing as its much harder to out-brake cars, for example T1 of Barcelona your braking point is like 70m so your chances of getting past and still staying in the same postcode due to having less time to react.
  • I also found tyre temps very hard to manage and it became quite tedious
  • Set up was also not very enjoyable. I found the car very sensitive to changes and theres such a massive amount you can change in the car it became a bit of a time pit. My hopes are to move away from this style and pick cars that either arent as sensitive or have restrictions of whats adjustable. If Im honest, I think theres lots of people that if put on a level playing field will be right up there at the sharp end and we cant really argue thats a bad a thing, can we?
Season 6
I've seen a few people mentioning something 'Retro' or classic cars and I couldn't agree more! I would love to take something 60s or 70s with no downforce and cross-ply tires.

My main thought is to basically mirror the St. Marys Trophy from GoodWood Revival with a single make of car something like the Mercedes 300SEL or the Ford Escort Mark 1. I think the best way to explain why is just to show this, and then I will explain.

  • The lack of dirty air means you can run close and not loose any performance
  • The braking distances are longer so passing is more possible
  • Less sensitive to damage
  • Set up is less about finding pace and more about the feeling for the car and getting it around your style.
  • I also think it would be a fantastic use of the classic tracks that dont get enough love!

It has been a great pleasure to commentate for you guys, I'm sorry I couldn't make every round but I had an absolute blast with the rounds I was in (you might have noticed that in the commentaries :) ). Thank you @The Wayfaerer for looking after me, I know its difficult to get a word in when I am at full speed, but it's been a pleasure to commentate with you.

I would LOVE to commentate a retro series for you guys, so I hope to be considered to a future commentary line up. I feel ill qualified to give feedback on future series, so I will refrain from doing so.

Thank you again RSR for allowing me into the commentary box for this league and I hope to do it again next time

The car was a joy to drive, the track selection suited it very well. Yes the car was hard to actually dog fight in and the DRS didn't really add much but that was a game limitation, nothing the admin team could have done.

It was a bit sad that participation dropped but the season was long and it ran mostly through summer. That the car turned out to be more challenging than expected probably didn't help either.

The streams were absolutely awesome, great work guys! It was totally cool to relive the race with a cold one.

The two race format was a nice touch and I like the idea of a reversed grid (something like top8/10) but then I would, analog to Formula 2, change the format. First the long race with 15min qualifying, then the short one with reversed grid. 10 min quali really was a bit tight on some tracks but I understand with two quali sessions it probably was a necessary evil.

  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
I gotta say I like the idea of a single make, not so much setup and aero dependent car. I just wanna point out that running H-shifter cars will give an advantage to everyone who actually has an H-shifter and is able to use it (I still suck but it's getting better without, hihi, the big pole of the playseat between my legs). Sadly this kills off most cars pre 90s or even 00s.

Maybe there is a trick with enforcing auto-clutch or something but to keep a fair level playing field it just doesn't work with vintage manual cars.

  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
Re @benimi's post, don't let the banter get to you. The RSR Cup is the most competitive environment you'll get at RSR. There's just something about it. We also did setup sharing between our Split 1 and 2 teams, we just didn't talk about it ;)

  • How did you like the schedule?
6 races feel like the sweet spot and the drop result was a great addition!

  • Do you have any other general feedback?
Thanks everyone, admins, drivers and commentators, for another great season. On to the next one :)

Interestingly enough i've found there isn't the gap there was in pcars 1 if at all. When we did classic lemans I believe @ProjectPD was running sequential and we ran very close for whole race with no clear gains from the H-pattern. I would be happy to test it at some point with people however :)

It is indeed car dependent and goes from extreme (Skyline SMS-R) to barely noticeable :) just wanted to point out this can be a potential issue

i also want to share a few thoughts about last season:
Positive:
great sportsmanship of all the drivers
although the car wasn't really supporting dog fights we still had some very nice on track action to cover
track roster was diverse, so we had from everything a bit
@King-Kodiak being an awesome partner on commentary

Negative:
lack of participation in the second half of the season

Wishes for season 6
as i will probably be again in the booth i am up for anything that creates close racing, as people seem to enjoy it when i freak out on commentary :D

Positive, negative, neutral feedback, whatever comes to your mind!
  • Good: Loved the opportunity to race with an open-wheel car for a whole a season.
  • Good: The commentated streams were awesome so big thanks to @King-Kodiak and @The Wayfaerer for your time, I enjoyed every minute watching each one after the event. Also a shout out to @drukqs for his efforts in the early part of the season, the top moves videos were awesome!
  • Good: Loved the race format, I didn't really think 10min qualifying was much of an issue. I would like to see reverse grids for the top 8/10.
  • Good: Great fun with people in TS before each event, most people willing to offer advice or setups to those struggling.
  • Good/Neutral: Track choices were really enjoyable but I disliked the last two, mainly because I have never really done a lap round the track configuration so both were a struggle.
  • Neutral: I would have attended all rounds had it not been for "personal life moments" (e.g. now ex-gf) getting in the way 10 minutes before qualifying time on two occasions, but I feel the championship would have been best with 6 rounds.
  • Neutral: Cross-team championship was ok, but as others have said I never really had any interactions with the cross-team in split 2.

Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
Not a fan of FWD cars but I'm open for it being single make or entire class for variety.

Next season additions
Reverse grids for the top 8/10 would be good. I felt this worked well in the Ginetta's and mixed up the results much more and lead to more on-track action. This would also allow for more time in qualifying.

Do you have any other general feedback?
Big thanks to all of the staff members and all the other racers for an awesome season. Congratulations to
@Puffpirat and the champion @ProjectPD for an epic season long battle, was very entertaining to watch back after each event. Thanks to @fab. ICEMAN for some lovely setups throughout the season.

  • Positive
Huge positive for me was seeing an improvement in split 2 this season, there was some good clean racing throughout the season with some rounds cleaner than split1 so good job to all those in split 2!!

The car was nice to drive and it fitted in nicely with the previous seasons getting quicker and quicker

Unlike a lot of people, DRS was actually a positive for me, it brought some more strategy into the racing, being able to set the car up more for corners and use the DRS on the straights. For example using drs around turn 3 at catalunya was fun and risky!

Personally I didn’t mind the longer season, it allowed us to use more tracks and missing around or 2 didn’t matter so much as you had plenty of changes to regain lost points

Preseason event was a good idea and certainly something we should consider keeping although look into the format more. Ideally I would like to see a 2hour practice session where everyone helps each other with advice etc no competition involved, following on with a 25min race.

  • Negative
Car setup was a bit too complex with huge laptime found with minor setup tweaks

Tracks - I enjoyed most of the tracks but the final 2 I didn’t enjoy too much. Personally I would have replaced them with algarve and Fuji(or Monaco if we were brave enough :D)

  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
Ginetta junior, Touring car, Clio cup, PubG’s Tuk-Tuk :D
  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
The teams championship is good, it’s always been a good thing, giving the more experienced drivers the chance to help and guide their teammates improving both of their skills.
The Cross split championship didn’t work as we expected or hoped it would with only a handful of teams working with each other. But winning the cross split championship with such an awesome split 1 paring was good and certainly makes up for loosing out on the split 2 teams championship.
  • How did you like the schedule?
Schedule was fine
  • Do you have any other general feedback?
It was a lot of fun through out the season, shame some drivers dropped out for various reasons, some because of the car, others because of real life getting in the way, either way it was great to race with you all as usual!

Finally to @The Wayfaerer and @King-Kodiak it has been really enjoyable to work with @UnstopaPaul to produce the intro videos to take the live streams to the next levels and really slow the talent you both have in the commentary box. Your both a credit to RSR!

Thankyou to everyone who took part in this season, it had it all, excitement, chaos, disappointment, amazing driving and respect from everyone who took to the track in these impressive cars. We’ve done fast, we’ve done downforce, let’s do sideways :D

  • Positive, negative, neutral feedback, whatever comes to your mind!
Positive:
- Open wheel car
- Standing start
- Streaming/video and commentary @King-Kodiak and @The Wayfaerer. The sound quality could be better sometimes (do not know how though), both more in sync (volume) and less echo (lock yourself up in a small commentary boot maybe? :D) so the sound comes more directly out of the TV speakers.
- 2 races, 1st race is a great warm-up for feature race when you just hurried back home from work

Negative:
- Time of the year, summer season means not everyone can attend all races + too hot with VR + headset in my room upstairs without airco
- Too many weather slots, too many setups, little time. Maybe weather 1st qualy and race should match weather qualy feature race and first half feature race, so you can make some slight setup adjustments for the feature race based on 1st race findings.
- people disconnecting from race and teamspeak before end of race
- no official live broadcast and commentary for split 2... so my wife and nephews can't watch me racing :(

Neutral:
- VR made racing much safer for me, better notice of what is going on around me... with single screen I sometimes had to guess where my opponents were. Attacking someone with single screen can be dangerous so it would be nice if you somehow could see what setup one has (single screen, tripple screen or VR?)
  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
- Something 'Radical'
  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
- I like the Team Championship
- Cross Split Championship: I tried to get help from my Split 1 team counterparts regarding setups when my Pro team mate was on holiday, but to no avail. Maybe we should make this more official and make it mandatory that both teams start a cross team mail conversation to share all useful information, setups and videos?
  • How did you like the schedule?
-Shedule is perfect, better not in summer season though
  • Do you have any other general feedback?
- I had great fun and I'm still (slowly) improving, feeling more comfortable that I no longer have to fully rely on my Pro team mate regarding setups and other stuff, we can advise each other vice versa, which makes it more feel like teamwork.

See you all next season!

Update for my first post:
The 2 cars format, combined with the dropped round scores, was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The 2 race format let's you recover after a bad race, but at the same time, one bad race could mean you drop the other great race.
Personally I had 2 very uneventful races the 1st round, where I wasn't on pace. Then I had a nightmare first race in Brno, which followed up much best result in the first two 3rd of the season, which I would have dropped, if not for Spa, where I binned both races.
I don't know a better system for it with the 2 races having a different scoring system, and with the bonus points included. It's just a bit frustrating sometimes. I know it's my fault to put myself into a situation like that. :D

Anyway, if you'd like to get an automated system for next season, I should be able to drop something together. ;)

Positives :
  • The cars and track combos were lovely. It was also great to let members decide the tracks for half the calendar
  • The media around the cup added such a great motivation to the league! The commentary were so exciting, the top 5 videos were a great way to show off the moves that you were proud of and promote RSR racing standards. This format, even though it's undoubtely time and energy consuming received a very positive feedback from the community! Thank you @King-Kodiak @The Wayfaerer @drukqs @SillySausage !
  • Personnally I enjoyed the racecraft with these car especially at the start of the season. It is a very different way of approaching racing and you can use dummy tactics and fake attacks more efficiently than cars with less stopping powers. It made great duels
  • Dirty air is a feature that you have to adapt to => takes different skills than sheer speed (see negatives as well)
  • I learned more about creating a fast setup in this series than in my entire pcars experience. You could see the impact of a different approach and ride height, suspension stiffness and DF were key (see negatives as well)
  • Mandatory pitstops requiring a little bit of race strategy
  • Sprint and feature format
Could be better next time :
  • Pro/Am teaming is like the lottery. Works good on paper but the fact that you need an Am to team up with a Pro often ends up with either people receiving great support from their teamate or end up with someone who never shows up or is not much into practicing. Myself I would have preferred to team up with someone who really has the same motivation as I do to developp the setup. Doesn't matter if he's Am Pro or from another split
  • I was very happy at the idea of the cross split collaboration but practically it didn't work out for me. Never had the chance to talk to them but I had good interaction with other split 2 drivers during practice and I think this is where the real interaction happens. Not a very big fan of kinda "imposed" teaming up, the friendly and collaborative mindset of the community is really enough and genuine
  • Setup for this car is great but very time consuming and race performance for me really depended on the time I took to practice and experiment with the setup. I understand it's even more frustrating when you crash at turn 1.
  • Some races were epic others lonely. Lap 1 damage (even slight aero) often meant your fun was gone for the rest of the race because you had to pit
  • Dirty air means that it is very difficult for two people with similar pace to battle each other. Sometimes I didn't even bother defending because I knew the guy behind was struggling more than I did
  • Missed opportunity to have a reverse grid for feature race (had to make a choice for standing starts I guess). Would actually cure some of the negative effects of dirty air => you need a good pace advantage to overcome it so full reverse grid might lead to fast drivers slicing trough traffic and reward courageous figther drivers who defend their position at the front
  • Pit strategy kind of straight forward except for Brno. Need more changing conditions (if livetrack synchronized correctly)
General thought for next season :

No combo is perfect. This one had it's highs and lows but was very refreshing as we don't usually drive high DF cars or open wheelers. Would love to see that again for future events. I enjoyed it overall. Reverse grid seems to be needed as a standard to keep a good level of excitement and unpredictability. Equal cars are good but I would like to still be able to set them up. More changing conditions require adaptive skills, some drivers other than the usual front runners might shine. I think the team up format might benefit from a little bit of rethinking, not forcing Am/Pro collab for people who don't want to. I think the general wish of the community is to incite dogfights, so I trust you to choose the best criterias (I know it's not easy, "courage les amis!")

Whislist for cars :
  • spec cars : F355 challenge, F488 challenge, super trofeo, Clio, ...
  • Road cars : 911 gt3rs (could be refreshing!)
  • Non DF open wheelers : vintage F3, formula Ford, Lotus, ... h-shifter is a concern for equality between players though
Thank to the admins for all the organisation of the CUP :)

Just a disclaimer before I start.
I must apologies for not be present on the second half of the season: just before the season started i was informed that i needed to move home, which i did by late August, since then I've been busy with moving home, having no Internet (hopefully fixed on 15/10) and i was on vacation also. The only race i was planning to not be present was Indianapolis as i was on vacation but in the end i did not attend the last 3 or i believe.
Thank you for the support on the top 5 moves of the week. Next season hopefully i will be able to return, but this time, i would like to split the job with someone. Maybe SillySausage will be able to share the duties with me :D.

  • Positive, negative, neutral feedback, whatever comes to your mind!
Positive:
I was one of the persons who vouched for this car to be in the season but for me it was a total disappointment. I did not enjoy racing with this car. With that being said, to be honest the only thing i liked was the high participation on the first half of the season.
I am happy that something i suggested on the last season feedback, removal of the worst race points was implemented and people liked that. Definitely something i think should be maintained.

Neutral:
Some hard racing on the races i've been. I like hard racing, if i wanted a non-contact sport, i would play Basketball, which i don't. Racing for me comes with being positively aggressive, and sometimes, crashes happen and I'm OK with that.

Negative:
I did not like the car.
Delays, constant delays, to chat about any nonsense that i don't really care, to smoke, to wait for 1 members that did not bother to have everything ready beforehand. I don't like delays that's all.
Negative atmosphere on the first race between 2 members. I can understand however that we are humans and this kind of stuff can happen.
Me not being able to complete the season...once again i'm really sorry for not fulfilling my commitment when i joined the championship.

  • Which car would you like to drive for season 6?
A vintage car, slower car for closer racing, less setup, less worrying about damage and H shifter usage. My preference goes to Group A cars, but since the series is a bit unbalanced i would do it single brand. Perhaps the Merc, it's just an iconic evil looking car :).
  • How did you like the Team Championship and Cross Split Championship?
Team Championship OK. Cross Split, i did not care.
  • How did you like the schedule?
Was awesome for me because the off-week was the week i worked late-shift. Still i would prefer Sunday races.
  • Do you have any other general feedback?
No.
