General Information

Tiered Qualification Process
In the event of a larger than expected sign-up to this championship, we may elect to run multiple leagues. These leagues will be tiered, with the aim of separating the faster and slower drivers, based on knowledge and experience both community staff members.

Pre-race Procedure & Requirements
Prior to any of our events starting, you are required to be in our TeamSpeak channel for the driver briefing. Any drivers missing the briefing will not be allowed to race.

All drivers are required to read the details of each race event prior to the start of each race. These event details contain important information pertaining to warm-up lap speed limits and the location (and placement) for the grid "forming up".

Qualifying Format

Superpole Format
Qualifying will consist of a single 'superpole' lap for each driver. You are allowed one outlap plus one 'flying' lap, at which point you must retire to the pits.
  • If you spin/crash during your lap, you are not allowed to finish your lap, you must return to the pits.
  • If you extend/cut during your lap, you are not allowed to finish your lap, you must return to the pits.
  • You must retire to pits at the end of your superpole lap, do not drive a 'cool down' lap

Qualifying Procedure
As the qualifying session begins, Group 1 will be called. All drivers from Group 1 must then leave their pit slot within 10 seconds and start their outlap preparation. It is each driver's responsibility to leave sufficient space to the car in front to ensure that drivers do not impede other superpole laps in progress.

When the last driver from Group 1 has started their timed lap and passed Turn 1, Group 2 will be called. As with Group 1, all drivers must leave their pit slot within 10 seconds and start their outlap preparation, again leaving sufficient space to the car in front so as not to impede on their lap. Meanwhile, Group 1 drivers should complete their timed laps and immediately retire to the pits.

The remaining groups will be called following the same procedure.

NB: Qualifying groups will be selected at random

Car, Team & Livery Selection

Car Selection
The following cars are available for selection:
- Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR
- Ginetta G55 GT4
- Toyota GT-86 Rocket Bunny GT4
- BMW M3 GT4 (E92)
- Ford Mustang Boss 302R
- Ford Mustang RTR GT4
- Aston Martin Vantage GT4
- KTM X-Bow GT4

NB: You may change your chosen car at any stage in the season but you will forfiet all of your driver and team championship points earnt up to that point.

Team Selection
Teams will consist of 2 drivers and can include members from both communities - indeed, this is highly encouraged. Drivers must stick to their chosen team for the duration of the season and should any driver leave their team, the team will forfeit all of their Team Championship points. To select your team, choose your teammate, choose your car, select a livery from those left available for the car and then name your team.

Livery Selection
At the close of sign-up, each team will need to choose their preferred livery and post their choice in the 'Livery and Team Selection Thread'. Once the livery allocation process has concluded, teams will be obliged to stick to their chosen livery for the full duration of the season. Both drivers must run the same livery, do not select multiple liveries.

Points System

Driver Championship Scoring

-
Pole Position = 5 points
- Fastest Lap = 2 points

In the case of drivers being tied on points in the standings, the higher position will be awarded to the holder of most first places. If the number of first places is the same, the holder of most second places, then third places, and so on until a winner emerges.

Team Championship scoring
Teams will score points for each race based on the finishing positions of both of their drivers.
