The Stewards are again grateful to @Eugene Gajkin for self-reporting this incident, yet again showing honesty in his attitude. In this instance, we are issuing A Warning to Eugene, regarding his race start, with 0 Points to be added to his Racing License.

Although we accept that the organisers of the event were, in part, to blame for not ensuring the grid was formed up before the start of the race, we cannot ignore the significant advantage that Eugene gained at the start, one he capitalised upon greatly.

We would recommend that any driver that finds themselves unable to form up in time either reports it on TeamSpeak or accelerates to catch up but quickly returns to the pace of the pack of cars ahead. Taking advantage of the situation is not an acceptable outcome.
