Does anyone know if there is something that graphs Torque and RPM To find optimal shift speeds? Thanks!

I made a tool for the Ligier Nissan LMP2 ages ago, though, I didn't pay too much attention to altitude.

In Project Cars it‘s quite easy, you don’t need a tool. Just put on the telemetry HUD while driving and look at the horsepower figure. If hp is higher after you shifted than before, you shifted up too late. If it’s lower you shifted up too early. Obviously if you hit the limiter and hp is still lower, the limiter is your shift point.
