Got a 2:02.7 but its a hard track and not very comfortable with setup yet.

To go fast you need to hit nail those braking points and apexes (well it's a general advice but very important here). If you're in 2:03 you're probably braking too early or driving wrong lines, or good lines but too slowly. Most important thing is to feel comfortable over 1h30.

I put some notes together when I was learning the track for iRacing event, might help you.
Note: some stuff doesn't apply as the mod is not as accurate as a laser scanned one. In particular, you can't use the kerb at the hairpin.

Depends, where are you experiencing the understeer? Overall understeer, or high speed understeer, turn in, mid corner, exit? Which corners?

For high speed try higher front wing, for low speed softer front arb, for throttle understeer lower power differential value, for off throttle understeer lower coast differential, can't adjust springs and suspensions in this league...

Mainly last corner. Can't figure out what to do to make car turn there without losing front traction.

I think that I'm starting to understand it. Now I am able to get under 2:03 more consistent, and best was 2:02.3 in ideal conditions on medium tires with around 35 liters, hope that my setup will work

The PitlanePenalty app doesn't show up in my app list in the game.
I enabled it in the settings, deleted the old one, but nothing changed.

Rename the folder from PitLanePenaltyEndurance to PitLanePenalty. If you have an older version of our sprint leagues just delete it. Seems like it does not like another folder name for whatever reason -.-
