Great, it will be worth setting up your teamspeak so you have a Push to talk(PTT) button assigned to your wheel so you can communicate while keeping the channels clear during race sessions. You still have 45 mins until induction starts so its worth checking your mic is working in teamspeak and familiarising yourself with Pcars multiplayer if your new to the game.

Sadly i wont be taking part in induction tonight but Battenburg will be there to help you through everything

Not too sure with thrustmaster wheels but for me with my G29 I can just assign the PTT button from the teamspeak settings. I would have expected it to be similar. Alternatively you can assign the button to a key on the keyboard but this will make it more awkward to communicate

Personaly i dont use ptt iv set the mic to active when talking and all i do so it dont pick up my voice is map a mute button or just push the mic away from my mouth.. If you need a hand mate just pop on ts and ill give you a hand to get it sorted...just send us a msg and ill jump on or one of the admins might be on to lend a hand...

Thanks Jonno . I currently have mic set to speak activated but that wouldn't be good for a race as I have a dog that barks a lot and would ruin other peoples races . I will try what you said .

Hello @Dazzaboy , you should be able to set it to your team speak. I had it on there for ages. The only problem I found in doing that, is that every time you plug your wheel out, you have to redo the setting (takes less than 20sec to do).

Ive done it but thanks for the advice Kman . I didn't know it would zap it once I unplugged .

Haven't been on here in quite some time, half a year, maybe longer, honestly don't remember. Figured I'd say hello again, with Project Cars 2 around the corner, figured I'd jump back into PCars and see if there were any leagues going.

Hi Rob, nice to see you on-board here .

As Jonno has pointed out, we're winding down on our pCARS1 activities now - there's a final, RSR organised, event happening tonight but, after that, we're gearing up for pCARS2 (which you are, of course, familiar with - for others here, Rob is a WMD2 member).

If you're free next Tuesday, we are likely to be running one last induction session and, hopefully, we can get you a yellow badge right away, so you can be up and running in our pCARS2 events from the start.

There are no restrictions on taking part in an induction event, just get yourself into TeamSpeak about 10 or 15 minutes beforehand and we'll take it from there. I'm on schedule to be the induction helper that evening with, hopefully, @SirHunterOne there as the induction lead. Don't worry if you don't pass, we'll be starting up with inductions again once pCARS2 releases .
