Yes @Havocc very easily, just don't worry about finishing position and just focus on having 0 incidents in the race. Complete the 4 mandatory D class races to complete the MPR and you'll be on your way! I think I went from Rookie to A license in just over a week by smashing out races while only focusing on being clean.
