So we can assess this problem properly, please use this thread to report your issues with a quick description, whether you are using VR or not, if you've used SOL successfully before, and if you already did the glass texture .dds file fix as explained in the driver briefing.

We've solved the issue in one case already, we suspect it was an installation issue, but it would be good to get more info to nip this in the bud.

Noztra showed me that yesterday. Go to Content Manager, Settings, Custom Shader Patch and look a bit further down on the left for particles FX. Click on it and there will be a checkbox called sparks.
