G25/G27 brake pedal mod (1 Viewer)

I found this youtube video last night and gave this mod a go with bits in the garage. If anybody wants to try it I can send you a suitable O ring and M7 bolt (if you have a M7 x 1.0 tap, or you could use a self tapping screw as in the video).

Super simple pedal mod for G25/G27 brake pedal, seal the spring carrier tube and turn it into an air spring. Gives a substantial increase in pedal stiffness and a more progressive non-linear behaviour.

Wow solid gold springs, £50 for 3!

Good idea though, would be cheaper to work out what is required and buy then from somewhere like Lee Springs even with a minimum order quantity of 5 units. Plus could flog the spare 4 sets for £50 each!
