IMPORTANT FIX.​

HI all due to a technical issue on my behalf (i apologise fully) it has come to my attention that there is a conflict with some of the files and as such require you to remove folders and files. please follow the description below on how to remove folders/files once again my apology's..

• First of all please ensure RF2 is fully closed down.
• Please go to: c:\steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles.
• Locate the BTCC_NGTC_BMW_125i and BTCC_NGTC_Vauxhall_Astra folders.
• Open folders and look for a folder called something like: FOR BMW 1.3MLA AND FOR THE ASTRA 0.96MLA(see pic below)

• Once you have located these folders please right click and delete.
• Next head to: E:\steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Packages
• Locate 2 files called bmw_Myleague_v1.3MLA.rfcmp and vauxhall_Myleague_v0.96MLA.rfcmp and delete.

once complete you should have no issues joining server i can only apologise for the trouble.

you may test to see if its fixed the server is up and running and will be for the rest of the night


((UPDATE)) failed to mention if you cant find these folders/files dont worry it means you dont have them.

just a quick FYI i will be leaving the server up all night and in to the afternoon tomorrow were i will be dropping it to prepare for round 2 live timing is also available on the server and can be found here. any issues please make @Jamesl91 aware and he will pass them over to me and i will try my best to get any issues sorted have fun guys and ill catch you all tomorrow for round 2..

I'm sorry I could join the game because of technical issues.

All was fine last week when testing online, but today after loggin in the game didn't get past screen:

I made a trace file and compared it to a succesful login on another (public) server, see below.

On the RSR attempt trace I see the game hangs on downloading the mod until I press exit.

Apologies to all, thought that the race was 7:30
kept out of the way mostly, though had to pit from damage in race 2 & ended up with a drive thru penalty; may have been a little too quick entering the pits, i think.
race 3 was pretty good, 3 wide up the hill when @Stokemon moved & the resulting contact spun him around. slowly trundling waiting on him to rejoin & pass when i see the notice he disconnected. yaaay 20s down...
didnt see anyone till I caught up to someones accident & @Ben Watkinson on the final chicane

yeah @FuBii that was me due to damage, aplogies to anyone that hit me on race 2 T1 took a wide birth to avoid other cars, but went too wide and got a wheel on grass and spun.

Maybe rFactor2 doesn't like a separate download folder?!

firstly Nevil, Donington park track doesn't have a tick by it, which means you need to press the install button so the game knows about the track.

also try subscribing to this, just incase
