HEY GUYS.. Im wondering if anyone in the uk has used evga's RMA. As i filled out a request to replace my gpu as im having major issues with it and its got 3 years warrenty. Anyway my question is i recived the confirmation email and well it looks abit dodgy imo so i wanted to ask if anyone has done it in the uk so i can ask you what address you sent your item to.

I google mapped the address i have and it puts me in the middle of a country road.

If anyone has the info id be very grateful as i dont want to send it off and not receive anything back.

Why not email support and ask them just to be sure. You can also post on the evga forums and ask their as well. Hope this helps.

I have quite along while ago, all went sweet, I had a account with them where you registered your hardware so if I remember correctly it was all done through their site, but can't really remember.

im american, but i used their RMA and got a full new gpu when a fan failed on the old one. all i had to do was ship it in. their support is good but i couldnt guide you as far as anything dodgy :/

Well it is really as my 970 was 4gb and the 1060 is 6gb so even if its a ram update iv done good lol...

Why? It's about as fast as a 980, maybe a tad slower. Defintely better than a 970 and more VRAM.

Yeah, not all about ram though, I spent a long while looking into the 970 vs 1060 and decided to go with the 970 as it was showing to be a slightly better card, but on the bright side, its nice and new and shiney

I would also say that the 1060 with 6GB is performance wise in between a 970 and 980. A newer architecture (Pascal instead of Maxwell), more core and boost speed, more vram and less power consumption. Oh and now you have 16nm technology instead of 28nm

Ohh well thank you evga rma.. I got a brand spanking new gpu. I thought id get a refurbished one but not completely sealed new one..
