I'm interested in this. Fairly new to rFactor2 though (only had a PC for a month!). do you guys get together to practice for these? I've never done a driver swap or anything like that. how long do the stints last?

Ok guys I want to get final teams sorted, Can we get something together in line with the following.

The below is what is registered on P1 Gaming, @Cluck, @FlyingKman and with the first practice race coming up and the livery deadline approaching we need to get sorted. @Jonno at the moment you're still registered under the GT3 cars as that what we originally signed up, I know I can change what GT3 car, but not sure if I can get the class changed.

@Darksi i think the guys at P1 did a copy-pasterino mistake as the practice race is only 1 hour and not full 6hrs

Its only 1 hour race. the practice race.

@The Wayfaerer @Darksi The test race for Road Atlanta also only was 1h long. It's mostly to gain data for the BoP, test the server and if the pit places which they have to adjust manually work out.

I think the only exception to this would be the N24. Afaik last years test race there lasted 2h.

For those who haven't entered P1 races before, @Stokemon @SP1KEGRW @steveg200 @Jonno . This would be a good thing to take part in, you will be able get to understand the processes and get to race with some of the other P1 drivers and maybe practice driver changes in a Live session.

The test race is something i wish i had done before Road Atlanta as i would have been familiar with the race start procedure
Sadly im unable to make this test race...again

I am going to try and attend the practice race as well, I want to see how the Mclaren handles in traffic.

I will be back practicing Rfactor next week we can focus on getting the setup sorted for you guys so you can focus on race pace etc

Even though it's only 1 hour, this practice race will be good for those new to driver swaps to get the process down reliably in a high pressure situation.
