Finally got new pc, i7 9700k and Rog Strix 2080TI should be enough for rtx or vr, tried the early access but rtx doesn't seem to be in game yet, will it be available at release?

Don't wanna bash you, but there are probably 10000 things which are much more important at release for the most people, than a tech that barely runs even on the most powerful hardware right now...

Hope that they could do even more CPU optimization to help my crappy CPU for the moment very curious how the driver swaps do work, imagine that this could be an awesome feature for a 1,5h sprint race league with 2 drivers per car like Blancpain Sprint Series

I'm soooo hyped for this game. I mean playing it solo in its actual state is already a blast (imho), just CPU occupancy is high (rip the fps with more than 20 IA in my case).
Now we talk driver swap, custom liveries (not supported in the first release but should come; if i understand right it's a bit the same like on assetto corsa) and even better, they found a way to encourage people to run servers with safety requirements and all....
Game looks pretty even with a gtx 1060, the night with rain is amazing, not mentionning flags being waved on the side of the track, the sound which is awesome...
Add the tyre management that prevents you to hit curbs like a mad man if you don't wanna risk a puncture

Could be CPU related (IA is particularly CPU demanding). You can also try deleting all personnal files that may be inherited from previous versions and corrupting the game.

Thanks for the hint, maybe I´ll do a complete reinstall in the next few days once it came out.

I read on the official forum that AMD cards do underperform in EA. Maybe (hopefully) Kunos is able to optimize the full release better for AMD cards, because there is nothing worse then forced to buy a specific supplier because of a single game!
