Yep, severs went funny session didn't let me join until 4 mins left in qualifying,

Had a bad qualifying only managed time for 1 lap. Got stuck behind a glitcher then got dive bombed by a ford which disturbed the front suspension and ran wide a few laps later and got it rotated across the middle of the road over the top near the last set of turns and then got hit square side on and ended up on my roof.

Facepalm.

Didn't go well then. Are you going to risk it again? It's almost impossibe to pass, it's a horrible track for GT3's.

I'm thinking about it, been practising tonight still 50/50 about doing the 8pm but not making any headway, but really want to race

I know what you mean, I'm 3rd in the league at the moment and I'm determined to get a good result here. Have you seen the VLN series that's coming up?

@t0daY and myself will be doing the VLN in the Porsche. Should be fun.

Unfortunately, looks like i'm going to need at least 5 more tracks to run BSS/IMSA next season. might wait until https://iracing-week-planner.tmo.lol/ is updated to get a better idea of what series I can run with my existing content, only purchased 30 tracks/cars yet so not at the automatic 20% discount.

From the short glance at the tracks season 2, I'm not even getting excited for a single series (BSS, IMSA or PGT) . Very odd tracks

Seems like its the odd tracks for this season. Aside from maybe 1-3 weird tracks everything else seems normal. Looking forward to starting RSR's endeavor this season in a lot of series lol.

It does seem a set of odd tracks especially for the BSS series, Looking at the Porsche iRacing Cup I have all but 1 of those tracks, so perhaps that could be worth a punt next season, but even that requires me to buy something

@Gxbbs Um let's see Endurance (Neo, GES), VLN, BSS/BES, IMSA, Porsche Cup. Pretty much sums it up. Lots of work to do.

I like the Porsche now, but it screws up my driving in the GT3, it takes a while to get that back again, it's not something I could hop between. Plus, going back to racing with C licencees is asking for some trouble. B licence is bad enough.

Bloody Hell!!!! Road Atlanta - hate, Mosport - hate, Barber - hate, how the hell are you going to overtake GT3's round there, Mid Ohio is bad enough.

Mid Ohio is horrid in the GT3 it's so hard to pass safely if your behind someone that's marginally slower than you, I spent 40 mins in 3 and 4 car trains last night. Once you get locked into the back of it your pace drops off a cliff and it's horrid following people into some of the corners.

That's why I mentioned do IMSA or ProtoGT since they are on better tracks

I'm interested to try these and also what difference you have between quali and race setup. I won't be racing Mid Ohio again this season.
