It is not available for purchase in any separate DLC pack. A note has been added to the OP. Please make sure you have this car available in-game or you will not be able to take part in this event

@2CScemo - you will need to pass through our induction process before you can race. That usually requires you to attend 2 complete evenings of induction, which takes place on Tuesday evenings. I will put you on the reserve list just in case you turn up on Tuesday and absolutely ace it
