@King-Kodiak - if we're going to enforce default setups then we'll state something to that effect in the opening post. We don't normally run a 'forced' default setup lobby anyway, as some people simply cannot drive with the default steering ratios, so we always run them with a "Gentlemen's Agreement" that our members are to run the default setup but are allowed to change the steering ratio and fuel for qualifying, with a full fuel load for the race itself. That's usually the case but we will state so in the OP. If the OP makes no mention of setups then you can safely assume that it's "open setup"
