So, whats everyone weapon of choice?
I think I take out the AMG for a spin because its the car I feel most consistent with. For reference I'm lapping in the high 20s on full fuel right now, guess there is surely more time to gain but my plan is the same as it was for Le Mans: dont do any mistakes and survive. Worked quite well last time

Go to the toilet before the start :D I would say not to get frustrated with a costly mistake on the track, and keep going until the end. Persevere and you'll probably get a good result as people ahead run into bigger issues. Also make sure you use the ICM to double check your pit strategy before you come in, lots of people get caught out with their car not refuelling, or changing tyres etc. Never use 'recommended' in the tyre part of the strategy! It rarely makes the right recommendation.

How many pitstops do you make in a 2.4h race? 1? Or 2?

Pick a car you can do consistent laps in (within .2s each lap) drive on 99% rather than 100%, stay out of trouble, only think about the next corner.

Dont know if 1 stop is possible, maybe 1 full and 1 splash and dash.

It's very much car dependent. Take the car for a spin, monitor fuel consumption and divide the tank size by average fuel per lap. There you have your stint length. Then calculate how many laps you will be able to do in the race time (here 2,5h) and you know how often you will need to stop.

Well this should be interesting for me in the Audi. Three hours of setup work, it's too late to change car now :D

Only reason I didnt take the Audi was the straight line speed. Other than that I was doing the same laptimes than the merc.

That’s good to hear. I’m not too worried about pace anyway, I like to use a different car each time we race GT3 just for the fun of it.
