always say *how* you sorted something...that way future visitors who recognise the same problem for themselves have an idea of how to solve it

I found that you can only change these settings the first time you enter a session, once you start driving they are greyed out and you will have to exit the sessions and rejoin to change again, which sounds a bit daft to me.
