One small question, other people cannot see my custom livery right? Or any livery that isn't native to the game? Isn't a custom livery only for your screen?

This is why we have the livery pack - there are modified files that the game loads, which will contain all the liveries. Of course, you do have to have the pack installed to see it, but if you don't have it installed, the game just defaults to a random livery it can use

Ah thank you for your reply. If I personlize one of the liveries of the pack by adding a number and name + vlag, how do I add it in? And can others see my personlised livery?

If you wanted to keep the edits to yourself, you'd just have to replace the DDS file of whichever livery you chose to edit. For others seeing it, you'd have to upload the DDS file here, and have whoever's making the pack add the livery in, I think tomorrow is the cutoff for submissions, either that or today, so I'd get editing quick if I were you
